Concept of the Swiss Real Estate Debt
The Arion i2 Swiss Real Estate Debt Fund provides investors access to a diversified portfolio of subordinated real estate backed loan claims in Switzerland. The fund generates regular income in CHF through selective financing of loan claims with high-quality properties which serve as securities of the loan claim. The primary focus is on residential real estate. Most of the loan claims are collateralized by subordinated debt certificates on Swiss real estate and sometimes with an additional surety. The maximum Loan-to- Value (“LTV”) is 80%. Our digital approach and reporting engine allow for a highly granular underlying loan portfolio.
